There are so many different pads and adult nappies / diapers available online, however, there is a very limited of 'good' products available in pharmacy's like Boot's or your local medical supply store. And let's face it, the products aren't cheap  here in Ireland! So, I'm just going to put my own experiences with the many products I have tried over the years.
