The product on the left is a Molicare Pull up / Nappy Pant.

They are manufactured by Hartman UK and are designed to resemble 'normal' underwear.

Personally, I feel they  are aimed at the 'slight to moderate' loss of bladder control market. Even though they do say they are for both bladder and bowel incontinence.

However I just don't see how that's an easy way of dealing with double incontinence.

 

yes they can be pulled up and down  like regular underwear, which is a good thing if you have some sort of control. They can be removed by tearing the sides and removing the wet pad, 'HURRAH' I hear you say, but, there  is a problem, yes they can be removed by tearing the sides, but unless you're wear a dress, getting the fresh pull up on means a full lower half strip down!

Shoes, pants, all have to come off to get the fresh pad on. This is ok at home but if you're out, its a different story altogether.

of course, non of this is a problem if you are mildly incontinent and can make it to the toilet in time.

Great product for slight to  moderate bladder issues

Good construction

Good absorbency

Doesn't break down with wearing

Cons

A full lower half  strip down is  required when a new pull up is needed.

The interior padding doesn't cover as much of the required 'area' as I personally would like.

Not suitable in 'reality' for bowel incontinence.
