This adult nappy is produced by Ontex which produced the 'Euron' incontinence range, They rebranded the Euron brand to 'ID Expert'. Ontex  said that it was just the brand that was being changed, however, the nappy, pads and pull up range they manufacture all received an upgrade.

I must say I am biased here because this is the nappy I use myself and I find it one of the best I have ever used during my health problems, and it really  works well to contain double incontinence, which compared to other pants, pads, pullups and nappies I have used over the years really says a lot.

This nappy is available in both the newer 'cotton feel' breathable cover and also the plastic back cover. I have always had problems with the cotton feel nappy, and I am not sure why! perhaps it is because I am very active despite my health problems or perhaps it is because of how I move and walk or maybe the fact that I am carrying a few kg's more than I should be, but I don't think so. The problem I have with the cotton feel is the waistband, it stretches and therefore the nappy heads 'southwards' leading to a saggy nappy when it is even a small bit wet. now I don't care about 'being seen' but I do care about wet clothing! so as with the 'Age UK' nappy, I personally would recommend wearing some support if you are using this nappy, either close fitting underwear or the net pants used with the ID form pad.

but I do feel that a nappy should be a stand alone product which is able to be worn without the need for anything else over it.

However the plastic backed product stays in place with nothing else needed for support no matter how wet or soiled it becomes (within reason of course)

Pros

Both the cotton feel and plastic backed nappy have good absorbency although you do need to choose the right absorbency level to suit your incontinence!

Both are a good quality construction, elasticated legs for containment and a snug fit

Cons

With the cotton feel, I do find  it doesn't keep a good fit around the waist band after a while of wearing, and with wetting it doesn't stay in place unless you are wearing close fitting pants or underwear.
