This product is a shaped pad, which is held in place by a net pants. Yes the net pants in the picture look ridiculously small, but they do  stretch to a tight, but comfortable fit which is necessary to hold the shaped pad in place. 

This pad has a wide and long back and narrows towards the front, so it doesn't chaff. It is also a cloth-like feel backed product. Because it is a shaped pad it doesn't have the tapes to fasten it.

One of the things I found difficult with this pad was getting it into the right position so that 'everything' was covered, because of sensation loss I had to use mirror to see was the pad correctly fitted, though a second pair of hands and eyes would have been most helpful!

Though, depending on the level of absorption you have chosen in  the pad, and of course the level of incontinence you experience, this is a well made and good quality pad. With the net pants system in place and the correct sized product to suit you, this pad isn't as obvious through clothes as the nappy version of this product is.

Close fitting product with the net pant system

Good absorption depending on level of incontinence experienced

Not very bulky

 

Cons:

Difficult to fit the pad if you have sensory problems or dexterity problems

If the pad leaks on to the net pants a full lower undress is required, trick is to change at regular intervals.
