The one thing I found about this particular brand of nappies is, there is so little information out there on them, which I find very strange. There aren't even any pictures of the actual nappy Itself!
 

I ordered these nappies in a medium size and a super absorbency. The first thing I noticed is the absorbency markings on the bag say that this particular nappy is five out of eight 'droplets', however there are no nappies available in the medium size above the absorbency I received.
 

The nappy itself is cotton feel outer backing which is soft to the touch. The inner layers are also very soft against  the skin and they have elasticated leg gathers for containment. The tapes for fastening the nappy are strong and grip really well. And the nappy itself claims to be able to hold 2430mls of fluid, just under two and a half litres. So at first glance this isn't a bad product.

With use though this nappy has a few problems. Because it is a cloth-like outer layer, with wear, the bodies movement and of course the inevitable wetting, the waist band of the nappy stretches and with the additional weight, the nappy sags greatly and slides downwards. If you're wearing loose fitting pants it becomes very noticeable and because it is no longer covering the intended area, the chances of leaks increase greatly. Of course tight fitting underwear sorts this particular problem out, but I personally believe that an 'all in one' product such as this claims to be should be able to be worn without additional support. If you are unfortunate enough to be immobile, bed bound or in a wheelchair, then this is a good product. But if you are mobile and active, this product definitely needs some support.

A good night time nappy with moderate incontinence

Cons:
Cloth like construction stretches leading to overly sagging and drooping
Doesn't absorb as much as claims
Cannot be worn as a stand alone product
Doesn't come in higher absorbency levels
